- Dual intake keeps pump well cleaner, reducing energy costs and improving performance.
- Rugged design handles hard particulates suspended in the melt for extended life in demanding production environments.
- Unique compact cartridge is pre-aligned and cemented, for easy installation in less than 15 minutes.
- Stirring action of the intake holes removes impurities from
the pump well forcing them to the top where they can be removed to
reduce jamming.
- Safety Coupling and shear pin protect the shaft and impeller from premature failure, reducing repair and replacement costs.
- Simple design reduces inventory parts requirements while reducing replacement time for a shaft/impeller combo to 5 minutes.
